How do I place an order?
#
You can see a sample menu and ordering options on our menu page. For actual orders, we use MyCustomBakes as our ordering platform. They handle all online orders and payment processing is done via Square. For these orders, full payment is usually required up front.
Do you take custom order requests?
#
We do! For a custom order, we work on a quote basis. Your order will determine how we collect payment, but generally, we accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, or credit card. 50% payment is due at the time of your order, with the balance due 3 days prior to delivery/pick-up. You can place a custom order on our MyCustomBakes site too. Be sure to give as much lead time as possible, as we cannot promise to take on your custom order without at least 7 days advanced notice.
How much lead time is expected for orders?
#
For orders over $100, 7 days lead time is requested. Custom orders will be determined based on the order. Standard orders require 3 days lead time.
Is there a minimum quantity required to order?
#
Yes. Minimum for cookies is 6, minimum for scones is 4. Other baked goods may also have a minimum requirement.
How do I get my order?
#
You can pick up your order by arrangement, but delivery is available in the Auburn, CA area as well as for orders over $100 in Roseville, Rocklin, Granite Bay, and Lincoln. For deliveries outside of 10 miles, a small fee may be required.
What if I need to cancel an order?
#
For standard orders through our ordering platform, cancellation is accepted as long as the order has not been started. In the case of cancellation, a refund less processing and credit card fees will be given.

For custom orders, cancellations are accepted before we start your order, but may incur a cancellation fee. If we have already started your order, you may cancel but will not get your deposit refunded. If you do not pick up your order, you will not be able to place another order until your balance is paid, regardless of whether you received your order or not.
Are you licensed?
#

#
